Edit: downgrading to 1 star because the app continues to show ads that block you from using it for several seconds. This is completely unacceptable. It's a fine enough app that works for toggling the noise cancellation and changing what the controls do. I'm giving it 3 stars instead of 5 because it has started showing popup ads for other Soundcore products about once a month for a couple of days in a row, blocking access to the app for several seconds. This is unacceptable.

Can't stand ads in my apps, especially for products I've paid for, and may switch brands if it continues. The UI could also be laid out much better. The headphones themselves have been quite good. UPDATE: I continue to get spammed with ads that I have to skip past in order to use the app. This is incredibly inconvenient. For anyone reading this, I would recommend purchasing a different product.

Headphones seem fine. Software is mediocre at best, slow, and mostly just a big advertisement. And the annoying notification about running in the background every time it's minimized, that pops up right where you want to click is such a waste of my time. Even if you turn off background usage in settings, it still pops up. Do better, Soundcore.
