App used to have a keyboard for command entry. It no longer does. I'm hearing impaired, so voice commands are problematic. I really would appreciate having the ability to type commands again. Also, because only voice commands, and my hearing issues, it rarely understands what I'm saying. *a year later and this is still an issue. seriously, a keyboard option for us with hearing issues. come on. 7-25-25

It used to be great. now it's garbage. I have notifications on and I won't get notified when my doorbell is pressed. It takes way to long for the video to load if it does work on an off chance, but to the point of being useless. I'm switching to an entirely different brand. I've had Google nest cameras for years for their reliability, hey just ain't it anymore. The assistant works when it wants and when I don't want. Its just garbage now.

33% price hike when the services haven't improved. More often than not it recognizes the wrong people. let's me know people are walking by even though we have it set to not notify outside the event zone. Responds incorrectly to verbal commands and "doesn't know how to answer a question" when asked a question. Definitely not worth $200+ for the year. Will be looking elsewhere for our continued monitoring needs.
